Catherine Wadley
Principal Consultant
Catherine Wadley has extensive expertise and many years of experience in project and program planning, reporting and information collection and analysis., as well as consulting in information technology and database systems.
She works primarily in the arts and higher education sectors and has provided services for commercial and not-for-profit organization and institutions in the USA, UK and Australia.
She has developed and written reports for grants, conducted comprehensive assessment in education and scientific areas and has provided editing services for scholars and authors. She has also implemented numerous evaluation, assessment and data collection systems in both education and healthcare sectors.
Ms. Wadley has overseen the planning and implementation of numerous multi-year programs and projects for performing arts organizations, academic associations, institutions of higher education, government agencies and healthcare providers. She has designed and managed installation of data and business systems, particularly those requiring integration with accounting and documentation applications. She is also an expert in the development of software products and has worked in product development and implementation of leading hosted applications.
Ms. Wadley holds degrees in law and accounting from the University of Queensland, Australia, and business administration from the City University of London, UK.
Ms. Wadley is a strong advocate for Technology Planning and has written and lectured extensively in this area.
Iryna Lambrianides
Consultant
Iryna Lambrianides is active in the international nonprofit and higher education sectors as a leader in strategic planning, program and project management, compliance, evaluation and measurement. Her focus is on advancing education equity, global competence and intercultural understanding.
She is skilled in planning and organization-wide business performance metrics, creating and improving processes, and building strong internal and external partnerships. Experienced in program monitoring and evaluation, research, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis. In her reporting work she specializes in translating raw data into insights and using that information for continuous improvement and achievement of strategic and tactical goals.
Dr. Lambrianides has overseen and managed compliance and evaluation for many large grants including the Fulbright program at the Institute of International Education.
She holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction/International and Intercultural Education from Florida International University. She is certified in project management, strategy design (Balanced Scorecard), and performance measurement and improvement.
Hilary Landorf
Senior advisor Consultant
Hilary Landorf is Executive Director of the Office of Global Learning Initiatives at Florida International University (FIU). The Office oversees FIU’s university-wide initiative, Global Learning for Global Citizenship, recipient of the Association of Public and Land-Grant Universities (APLU) 2019 Gold Award for Inclusivity in Global Learning, Research, and Engagement, and winner of the Institute of International Education’s 2016 Heiskell Award and the 2021 NAFSA Paul Simon Award for Internationalizing the Campus.
Dr. Landorf’s expertise centers on visioning, developing, designing, and implementing the policies and practices of global learning efforts in higher education. She writes, consults, and presents internationally on integrating global learning in K-20 educational settings.
She has also overseen evaluation and compliance on numerous grants and programs including Fulbright programs and research programs at Florida International University.
Dr. Landorf is also an Associate Professor in FIU’s School of Education and Human Development and leader of its Master of Science degree program in International and Intercultural Education. From 2016-2019, she was the Executive Director of the Comparative and International Education Society.
She holds degrees from Stanford, University of Virginia and a Ph.D. in International Education from New York University.
